One can also find an exclusive wellness menu freshly prepared by our in-house chefs.

A variety of well-priced treatments are available, and we ask guests to book these well in advance of their visit to avoid disappointment. These range from facials, massages, body treatments, couples’ treatments, men’s wellness, mamma to be packages and more. We also specialise in spa parties for any occasion; hens parties, birthdays, teen pamper parties, or anything else. When it comes to events, we listen to you and your needs.

Every treatment at Nataraya is administered by expert spa therapists, who get to know you and your skin's needs. We feature a variety of high-quality organic products such as Ayurveda. These are world-renowned for their natural, rejuvenating properties. In fact, many of our guests find them so calming they end up taking some home with them to continue the relaxation

The Sauna at Nataraya can be used as a means of calming the body and relieving stress and is well known for its many health benefits. For those new to the experience, our sauna is a dry heat that’s best enjoyed between 70-90 degrees., humidity in the dry sauna is set less than 5%. This type of heat increases the body's core temperature. Sweating is encouraged which releases impurities from the skin and pores.

Chromotherapy (or colour therapy as it’s often called) involves the use of colour and light to stimulate wellbeing. Different colours and shades have varying wavelengths and significance. Each colour on the spectrum will have its own effect on the body, mind and emotions. While the exact origins of chromotherapy are lost in time, there are records of colour being used as therapy in several civilizations around the world. In ancient Egypt, Greece and India, colours were used to heal different ailments; ayurvedic medicine, for example, associates different shades with the body’s seven energy centres, or chakras. For any Spa-related information, guidance or securing your spot at the Spa, please call us directly on (+356) 2280 1922 / 2289 4482. If staying with us at the Solana Hotel or the Pergola Hotel, use extensions 1922 and 4482, respectively. Alternatively, you can visit the Spa Consultation Desk, where you will be guided through our selection of treatments

Medical Conditions
If you have undergone any surgery within the past 6 months, suffer from any medical condition, allergies, recently got tattooed, undergoing pregnancy or recently gave birth, please advise us at the time of booking

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your treatment any time given that there is a minimum of 24-hour notice. Bookings,
which are cancelled within 24-hours can be either rescheduled or else, a full cancellation fee will apply

Arrival
Spa guests are advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment, allowing ample time for the completion of a detailed spa consultation form, ensuring that the treatments booked are the most ideal for you

Discretion
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask you to turn off your phone and any other electronic devices, also keeping conversations at a whisper

Gratuities
Gratuities are not added automatically to the Spa service booked; however, these remain very highly appreciated
