When the weather gets warm, we’re delighted to open the poolside bar. Located right next to the rooftop pool, the pool bar serves cocktails, aperitifs, and nightcaps. Solana’s rooftop, an oasis in the centre of Mellieħa village, is Malta’s best kept hidden gem. Here you’ll be elevated from the hustle and bustle of the village streets, whether you’re floating in the pool or lounging on the terrace under an umbrella.

The best choice for large parties and events.
The main restaurant is also our guests’ favourite restaurant for social events and conferences. The well-lit, buffet-style venue seats 160 people as well as an additional 50 on the outdoor terrace. Outdoor diners have the chance to enjoy a spectacular view over the valley. In the morning, hotel guests are treated to a full continental and English breakfast. In the evening, Bellini serves themed dinners that change daily. The restaurant also serves lunch when required, and can specifically cater to your special event. We want all our guests to have the option of enjoying Bellini, which is why we made it fully accessible for all levels of mobility (including WCs) and we also have a play area for kids.
