Q. How do I check availability of rooms and prices ?
A. Go to our 'Secure Booking' section in this same website, fill in and send the form to us. Our reservations staff will be in contact by Email within 24 hours, confirming prices and unit availability.

Q. How do we book a room at the Solana Hotel ?
A. After receiving the necessary information from our reservations staff you simply require to confirm to them your intent by return Email. Upon confirmation they will require a 50% deposit which may be paid by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Our reservations staff will guide you in securing your booking via Email or you may simply call them on 00356 2289 4485

Q. Where do I book my flights from ?
A. Flights to Malta are very delicate. You local travel agent may have a good deal but before also check out prices on the internet. Do try to get an instant online quote from www.airmalta.com or any low cost airline of your choice. Ryanair, Easy Jet and Click Air are the biggest low cost carriers which are currently operating to Malta.

A. Balance is due upon arrival at the Solana Hotel

Q. Cancellation Policy
A. Deposits are not refundable unless this has been done for a medical reason at least 1 month in advance. In such cases the Hotel will keep a 10% administration fee and refund the remaining amount.

Q. At what time do will rooms be available to check in upon arrival ?
A. Check in time is at approximately 1400 hours whilst on your day of departure, rooms have to be vacated by 1200 hrs. Keeping of room until later hours or early arrival have to be arranged with the reservations department preferably prior to arrival.

Q. What currency do you use in Malta ?
A. From 1st January, Malta's official currency became the Euro (€)

Q. What is 1 Maltese Lira (1LM) equivalent to ?

A. During weekends, shops open only on Saturday until noon. We thus recommend those arriving on Saturday afternoon or on Sunday to pre-book their breakfasts and dinners or a standard foodpack.
